Any estimate provided is based on the information available at the time and is not final until the work is inspected and confirmed. Pricing may change if additional issues are found or additional parts or labor are required. Payment terms will be communicated to you before work begins.

Warranty & Liability

We perform our work with reasonable care and skill. Except as required by law, our services are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for issues unrelated to the work we performed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
